David has run dozens of races but has taken a special liking to the Marathon. He has run 8 to date. These include 5 racing and 3 pacing. The upcoming Sugarloaf will be #9.
His first was PEI with a modest time of 4:11:11….he continued to gain improvements to the point of running Chicago 2018 in 3:31:53…his fastest so far. An incredible 40 minute improvement!
David has previously been recognized as the Roadrunner Volunteer of the Year
He has been a registered pacer for several races of different distances as a way to give back to the running community. He also has personally paced fellow runners to help them meet their goals.
He has been a successful race director of the Freeze Your Gizzard for 5 years. The organization skills he has do not go unnoticed at this local favorite event.

I speak from experience on this as he paced me to the sub 25 minute 5k I set for myself. He has been a successful race director of the Freeze Your Gizzard for 5 years.
